• All of our bulk materials are sold by the ‘cubic yard’ (27 cubic feet) and half ‘yard’. One yard covers approximately 100 square feet at 3 inches thick.

Mulch and Soils

Black Dyed Mulch -- $32/yard
• color enhanced combination hardwoods and softwoods dyed with water based coloring to maintain its dark appearance
• triple ground for a finer appearance
• for best results, allow 24 hours of dry weather after installation to limit fading and wash-off of color

Triple Ground Hardwood Bark Blend -- $29/yard
• 100% organic -- our most popular mulch
• dark brown color
• a combination of roots and selective natural hardwoods which have been finely shredded
• breaks down nicely to help enrich the soil

Genuine Licorice Root Mulch -- $35/yard
• dark rich brown color
• breaks down nicely to help enrich the soil
• sterilized to help keep mold and mildew down

Playground Mulch -- $32/yard
• a specialized ground cover for use as protective surface in play areas
• produced from 100% virgin wood
• natrual wood color

Premium Woodchips -- $15/yard
• blend of selected hardwoods chipped, not ground

Screened Topsoil -- $30/yard
• topsoil is the top virgin layer of soil which is rich in nutrients and minerals
• mechanically screened for easy application and handling
• fresh top soil is an ideal growing medium, used for planting in gardens, flowerbeds and for turf applications
• to further enrich your soil, we recommend using a 50/50 blend of Screened Topsoil and Aged Mushroom Compost

Fill Dirt -- $10/yard
• Please call for availability.
Fill dirt is different from top soil. Unlike top soil, it is not screened. For those who have never purchased it before, if you are purchasing fill dirt with the intention of planting grass, please note this is not suitable for grass seed; it should be dressed with an inch or two of top soil first, before attempting to seed it.

Aged Mushroom Compost -- $30/yard
• soil that is a byproduct of Mushroom factories, a dark nitrogen rich soil
• typically used as a natural fertilizer that replenishes all the nutrients that crops require
• to further enrich your soil, we recommend using a 50/50 blend of Aged Mushroom Compost and Screened Topsoil

Stone, Sand, Boulders and Brick

2A Modified -- $23/yard
• grey stone mixed with smaller stones and stone dust
• used mainly as a compacted sub base for patios, walls and driveways/roadways

2B Clean Stone -- $25/yard
• a washed ¾” stone used for drainage, top dressing stone driveways and making concrete
• ideal for shed foundations and French drains, as it allows for water drainage

Screenings/Stone Dust -- $23/yard
• made of very small stone particles
• mainly used for back filling pipes and hardscaping

¾” Multi Color River Stone -- $51/yard
• a smooth and round stone and is various colors.
• decorative stone used for gardens, pools and landscape drainage

1-3" Multi Color River Stone -- $54/yard
• a smooth and round stone in various colors
• decorative stone used for gardens, pools and landscape drainage

4-8” Multi Color River Stone -- $65/yard
• a larger version of the 1-3” river stone, and varies in size up to the size of a watermelon

Bar Sand -- $35/yard
• a very fine sand
• used primarily for making mortar and as a base for underneath pools

Concrete Sand -- $35/yard
• a more coarse sand
• typically used for mixing with concrete, and as a filler for patios, walkways and walls

Alliance Polymeric Super Sand and Gator Dust (Grey and Beige) -- $20/50# bag
• sand that is swept in between paver or flagstone joints and hardens like a concrete to help prevent weeds and cracking

Red or Chocolate McAvoy Paver Brick -- $.75 per brick
